The SABRE RED 1.33% MC 16.0 oz. MK-9 PHANTOM Evaporating Fog Delivery Cell Buster with Stinger Attachment deploys seventeen (17) full one (1) second bursts at a range of 12 to 15 ft. PHANTOM’s evaporating fog delivery is more effective (inhalation effect) and simpler to clean-up (fresh air) than traditional fog delivery systems, making PHANTOM the ideal extraction tool. The Stinger Cell Extraction Tool allows operators the ability to easily breach a barricaded cell to safely extract a combative inmate.
